What is ParkProof?

ParkProof is a free app that tells you whether your car will physically fit into a parking garage before you drive up to the entrance and find the bar too low. Every garage on ParkProof has its clearance height marked with a verification source — posted operator data, OpenStreetMap, or, best, a real driver who photographed the posted height sign. Garages confirmed by drivers are marked Verified.

How does it work?

  1. Tell ParkProof which car you're driving (height is auto-filled from the model, or you can override it).
  2. Toggle roof rack (+10 cm) or roof box (+40 cm) if you're carrying one.
  3. Search a city or tap a garage. ParkProof shows a clear verdict: Fits, Tight, Likely fits, Doesn't fit, or Unknown — help us verify.
  4. If you do check a garage in person, snap the height sign — your verification helps every other driver behind you.
